PREORDER TERMS

WHAT A PREORDER IS HERE You pay today for a piece that will then be made, and shipped. This is not a reservation or a waiting list: the sale is concluded and the payment captured when the order is placed. WHAT PAYING GIVES YOU A piece number, assigned in payment order and written the moment payment is captured. It never changes. A place in an edition of 144 copies that will not be reopened. Access to SIGN II, which only opens to those who carry SIGN I. WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE IT The piece is announced for shipping and delivery between 5 and 15 January 2027. This date is a commitment, not an estimate. If we cannot meet it, we write to you before the deadline, and you may then cancel and be fully refunded, under article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code. YOUR RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND Before shipping, write to hello@arkhaange.com: we cancel and refund in full. After delivery, you have fourteen days to withdraw. Being made to order does not remove this right, because choosing a size from a list is not customisation. WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR NUMBER IF YOU ARE REFUNDED It stays yours in the history of the edition and is never reassigned. The corresponding piece is not put back on sale. The edition therefore never holds more than 144 pieces, whatever happens. IF THE EDITION SELLS OUT DURING YOUR ORDER Capacity is held from the moment you add to your bag, for a limited time. If payment does not complete within that window, the place returns to others.
