We also query an IP reputation service to turn away submissions coming through an anonymising network. Legal basis for that last collection: our legitimate interest in protecting the site and the people behind it against harassment, threats and fraud, and in being able to prove it in court. These logs are kept even if the corresponding message is deleted from the site. WHAT WE DO NOT DO We do not sell or rent your data. We install no advertising tracker and no analytics. We never have access to your card number. WHO ELSE HAS ACCESS Stripe, to take the payment. The workshop that makes and ships the piece, which receives your delivery address. Its name is available on request at hello@arkhaange.com. Resend, to deliver our emails. Supabase, to host the database, within the European Union, Paris region. Vercel, to host the website. proxycheck.io, for IP reputation. Some of these providers are established outside the European Union. Those transfers are covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism. HOW LONG Order data: ten years, accounting and tax obligation. Account and Seals: as long as the account exists. First Circle signup: until you leave. Security logs: five years, the limitation period for most of the offences concerned, or until proceedings end if there are any. YOUR RIGHTS You may request access to your data, its correction, its erasure, a restriction of its processing, its portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@arkhaange.com. We answer within one month. An objection to the security log may be refused where compelling legitimate grounds justify it, in particular ongoing proceedings. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, cnil.fr.
