TERMS OF SALE

PURPOSE These terms govern every sale concluded on arkhaange.com between KREATIVE MONSTER GLOBAL and a buyer. Placing an order means accepting them. THE PIECES Each Sign is released as a limited, numbered edition. SIGN I · THE HALO is released in 144 copies. Your piece number is assigned the moment your payment is captured, in payment order. It stays yours and is never given to anyone else, including after a refund. The edition is not reopened once exhausted. A refunded piece is not put back on sale. Pieces are made after the order is placed. No stock is held. PRICE Prices are shown in euros and are the final amounts due. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: no VAT is collected or charged. SIGN I · THE HALO is sold at 49,00 €. Shipping costs 8,00 € to every destination. It is added to the price and shown before payment is confirmed. The price applied is the one displayed when the order is placed. A later price change has no effect on an order already made. ORDER The order is firm once payment is captured. A confirmation email carrying the order number, the piece number and the summary is sent to you. It contains a tracking link that works without an account. We may refuse an order in case of a previous dispute, suspected fraud, or unavailability of the size. PAYMENT Payment is made by card through Stripe. We never have access to your card number. DELIVERY See the Shipping and returns document. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL You have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw, without reason and without penalty. See Shipping and returns for how. The fact that the piece is made after your order does not remove this right: choosing a size from an offered list is not customisation within the meaning of article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. LEGAL GUARANTEES Regardless of any commercial guarantee, we remain bound by the legal guarantee of conformity, articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, and by the guarantee against hidden defects, articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. Under the legal guarantee of conformity you have two years from delivery to act. You may choose between repair and replacement, subject to the cost conditions set by law. You are not required to prove the defect during the twenty-four months following delivery. Under the hidden defects guarantee you may ask for the sale to be cancelled or the price reduced, under article 1644 of the French Civil Code. LIABILITY We answer for the proper performance of the order. We cannot be held liable for damage resulting from abnormal use of the garment or from care instructions not being followed. PERSONAL DATA See the Privacy document. COMPLAINTS In case of a dispute, first send a written complaint to hello@arkhaange.com. We undertake to acknowledge it and to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by French law.
