WITHDRAWING You have fourteen days from delivery to tell us your decision, by email to hello@arkhaange.com, without having to justify it. You then have fourteen days to send the piece back. Return shipping is at your expense. The piece must come back complete and in a condition allowing resale. You are liable for any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the garment. We refund you no later than fourteen days after recovering the piece, or after proof it was sent, using the same payment method. The refund includes the original delivery cost. SIZE EXCHANGE Write to us. If the size you want is available in the edition, we exchange it. DAMAGED OR NON CONFORMING PIECE Send a photograph to hello@arkhaange.com. The legal guarantees apply, repair or replacement costs you nothing, and return shipping is on us.
